Citizens driven to despair to commit crime to not conform to society.

PLAN:

Taking the ideas behind panopticism such as conferment / discipline / punishment / crime / control / society & relate it to social impact through expressing and voicing a moral conduct book that highlights societies methods of conferment through a guide on how to be a good citizen and link ideas to aspects of panopticism, such as within a workplace, citizens in the street and social citizens.

Question: Is a good citizen driven to despair by trying to conform?
/ who are they conforming to?


OR


Past and Present: workplace society, highlight some social ' Citizen Guideline' for past and print factory workers.

OR

You feel like you have to be a good citizen and conform because you don't know who is watching.

OR
